Cheese and bubbles pairing
Cheese & Bubbles go wonderfully well together with the crisp acidity of a sparkling wine cutting through the richness of the cheese. Prepare a perfect treat to enjoy at home for Mother’s Day by pairing a chilled Prosecco or Champagne with creamy soft Brie de Meaux and a sweet nutty Cheddar.

Serve with slices of ripe pear, walnuts and warm crusty bread or crispy sourdough crackers.
There are no firm rules for what cheese to eat with your bubbles so feel free to experiment with your favourite cheeses.

There will also be an opportunity to visit supplier trade stands at Bingley Hall which include culture, packaging, robotic and equipment suppliers to the Dairy Industry. A complimentary networking lunch will be provided. Agenda : Introduction to the training, research, and innovation opportunities available to industry provided by Reaseheath.
